About

Roaming charges are a solved problem. Most people just don't know it yet.

Prime eSIM started with a familiar moment: landing somewhere new, phone in hand, choosing between an eye-watering roaming rate and hunting for a shop that sells a local SIM. eSIM technology removed the need for either — but the products built on it were still confusing, full of fine print, and written for people who already understood how mobile networks work.

So we built the version we wanted: pick a country, pick an amount of data, scan a code, get on with your trip. 190+ countries, one checkout, and copy that treats you like an adult.

What we hold ourselves to

  • The price you see is the price you pay

No activation fee, no service charge bolted on at the last step, no currency surprise. If a plan says $11.69, that's what leaves your account.

  • Nothing renews behind your back

When a plan runs out, it stops. We'd rather you consciously buy a top-up than wake up to a charge you didn't expect.

  • Plain language, always

Nobody should need to know what an SM-DP+ address is to get online in a new country. Where we can't avoid the jargon, we explain it.

  • Your number stays yours

We sell data, not identity. Your normal SIM keeps working for calls and texts, and we never ask you to swap it out.

How it actually works

We don't own towers. We buy wholesale capacity from established networks in each country — Docomo in Japan, TIM in Italy, AIS in Thailand — and resell it as prepaid data profiles that install onto your phone's built-in eSIM chip. Your traffic runs over the same infrastructure a local customer uses. That's the whole trick, and it's why coverage is as good as it is.
